Our integrated approach to health and performance encompasses nutrition and lifestyle coaching, high performance training, sport specific training, post rehabilitation, posture correction, spinal rehabilitation and comprehensive exercise programming.

Justin Brien, Owner/Operator:

Working in the fitness industry for over 9 years, I have made a name for myself through my unique approach to exercise, as well as my teaching ability. I have experience working with children, the elderly, and everyone in between. I communicate and motivate exceptionally well, and have the skills and the knowledge to help just about anyone to achieve their personal goals.

Starting my career in a big gym I witnessed the unmet needs from trainer to client, as well as people getting injured at a rapid pace. This has left me with a passion to meet your needs or to refer you to someone who can if your case is beyond my scope of practice.

I pride myself by helping others take control of their lives both mentally and physically. I believe that my passion for helping people is the key to my success! I have always been about the client and their needs since the beginning of my career.

Our Fitness Mission:

Our ultimate goal is to promote optimal function, improve movement skills and teach precise exercise technique. If you simply look at how the human body moves and you look at the exercises being performed in the gym today, you can easily notice that many of the exercises that people chose to perform have a poor carry over into normal daily activities and/or sports. Improving your movement skills while you exercise is as important as exercise itself! If you are going to spend time exercising, why not use that time to mobilize properly, move with precision, work on your weaknesses (we all have them!) and embrace longevity so that you can exercise for the rest of your life? So far in my career I have witnessed countless, devoted exercisers have their exercise program come to a screeching halt because of low back pain, neck pain, or a nagging knee, hip or shoulder injury. This can easily be avoided by educating yourself, hiring a true expert and by paying close attention to posture (joint position), exercise selection and technique. Our assessment is very thorough and we take pride in each and every program that we create. Every session that we train is focused solely on our client and their current needs. We are extremely passionate about our field of study and attention to detail.


Our Nutrition Mission:

Our ultimate goal is to encourage our clients to choose from the highest quality of foods possible. The human can only be as healthy as the animals and plants that he or she consumes. This is considering that the human is actually consuming what we were designed to consume (plants and animals). The quality of the plant and/or animal that we consume is critical. Sound nutrition equals a good chemical relationship inside the body which equals good energy and a good attitude, which allows you an opportunity to expend energy. Your exercise program is only as good as your nutrition status. Your nutrition determines the quality of the very tissues you are working during exercise. All the way down to the cellular level each meal counts to produce healthy blood, bones, tissues, organs, etc. We literally are what we eat!
