Our goal is to teach you how to manage your own health and take your exercise program into your own hands. I dealt with low back pain for over 3 years in my mid 20's. I got temporary relief from different forms of treatment and therapy but my pain was still lingering and unresolved. Once I learned some specific stretches and the ELDOA, I was able use these exercises to manage my own pain and imbalances. To this day, when I'm feeling unmotivated to do these exercises, I always remind myself of the 3 years that I didn't have these tools. The goal now, is to be proactive!


The only way to achieve better health is to learn how to do health. You must learn, and then apply! Our mission is to teach you the key principles that are required to be healthy, then inspire and motivate you to apply these principles.
